Hi! I’m Dr. Alexis is from Keithville, Louisiana, and growing up, I had two dreams: one to become a doctor and the other to be a mother. I am a firm believer that everything happens for a reason, and I am incredibly grateful for the path that led me to chiropractic care. For the past three years, I have had the privilege of serving families and children in both Louisiana and Texas.

I am certified in Webster Technique, a proud member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association, and actively involved in the Pediatric Experience Community. I completed my undergraduate studies at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette before earning my doctorate at Parker University.

When I’m not helping patients, I’m a dog mom to two adorable doodles, Lady and Loxley, and I recently got engaged to my wonderful fiancé, Joshua. In my spare time, I love being outdoors, reading, and cooking for those I care about. A fun fact about me is that I had the honor of representing my hometown in the Miss Louisiana USA pageant.

Ultimately, my journey is guided by a deep passion for both caring for others and living a fulfilling, balanced life. I’m excited to serve the community of Dripping Springs and grow both professionally and personally in the years to come.

After graduating from Palmer she continued her education at Life University by completing a Masters in Positive Psychology. She enjoyed her time overseas in Ramstein, Germany learning new culture and eating great food! She spent the majority of her life in Texas, where she pursued and achieved her goal of earning a degree in Health and Exercise Management, with a minor in Business, from Texas State University. With a background in functional movement, Jess is passionate about designing well-rounded, dynamic workouts that challenge individuals to build strength and improve fitness.
